By accessing or using mymenda.com(“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any products.

Menda is a curation-as-a-service platform that enables content creators to operate branded beauty boutiques. Menda handles product sourcing, order fulfillment, and customer support on behalf of creators. Products sold through the Site are manufactured by third-party suppliers and sold under the Menda brand.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

All products sold on the Site are cosmetic products intended for external use only. Our products are:

• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Not FDA-approved. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not approve cosmetic products. Our products are manufactured in FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facilities.
• Intended for topical, external application only unless otherwise stated on the product label.

You should always perform a patch test before using any new skincare product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known skin condition, consult your physician before use.

Menda does not make medical claims. Any descriptions of product benefits (e.g., “hydrating,” “firming,” “brightening”) refer to cosmetic appearance and are not medical claims.

• All prices are listed in USD and include shipping within the continental United States.
• Payment is processed securely through PayPal at the time of purchase.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize Menda to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.
• Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2–4 business days via USPS. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

• Menda's total liability for any claim related to a product or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
• Menda is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from product misuse, failure to follow product instructions, failure to perform a patch test, or use despite known allergies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Menda, its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any product.

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Menda makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding product fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or results. Individual results from cosmetic products may vary.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Menda. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or practices of any third-party sites.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel. This provision may be updated upon establishment of a U.S. business entity.

Menda reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
